Ticket Refund & Credit Policy

 Brave Jiu-Jitsu | Effective Date: January 1, 2026 - Thank you for supporting our events. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below. 1. All Sales Are Final - All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. All tickets are spectator tickets, offered in two tiers (General Admission & VIP). This policy applies equally to both. We do not issue cash or card refunds for tickets, including in cases of illness, injury, or medical emergency; a participant choosing not to compete or attend; schedule conflicts or travel issues; or change of mind after purchase. We understand that life happens and that missing an event is genuinely disappointing. To be fair to our customers, the credit option below is offered in these situations. 2. Future-Event Credit: If you are unable to attend an event you have paid for, you may request a credit toward a future event in the amount you paid, subject to these terms. A credit request must be submitted within three (3) days of the event date. Credit is issued as a non-cash credit equal to the ticket value and must be used at the next event held at the same location. It applies only to that following event and cannot be carried beyond it. If the credit is not used at the next event at that location, it expires and becomes void with no further value. The credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash at any time. They may not be sold, gifted, reassigned, or used by anyone other than the original purchaser or named participant. A ticket presented by anyone other than the rightful holder may be refused at the door. 4. If We Cancel or Reschedule an Event - If we cancel an event entirely, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future event. If we reschedule an event, your ticket will automatically be honored for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a future-event credit under Section 2. 5. Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control - Events may proceed in light rain or minor weather conditions. Tickets remain valid and non-refundable in these cases. In the event of a full cancellation due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, Section 4 applies. 6. Disputes & Chargebacks -  By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Credit Policy. Because this policy is clearly presented at the time of purchase, we ask that you contact us directly to resolve any concern before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, so we can help you right away.
